1.How long does it take to receive my goods?
: For orders ship to the United States, it takes 10-15 business days to arrive.
For orders ship to US territories, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses, it takes 15-20 business days to arrive.

2.How do I apply my Discount Coupon Code?
: You can enter this discount codes on your checkout page, click 'apply'. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
3.Is there free shipping?
: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89, excluding Canada and Mexico, for more information please see Shipping Information.
4.How can I choose the correct size?
: We have a Size Guide on every product page to help you select the right size. Just click the Size Chart below the product information. Please note that just so you know, some items might fit differently depending on the style. If in between sizes, please choose a larger size if you prefer a comfortable fit.
5.Where is your company headquarter?
: Our company headquarters is located in Hong Kong, and our production facilities are based in Guangdong, China. We take pride in ensuring every piece is crafted with care, combining thoughtful design and quality materials.
6.How to return?
: You can click here to request a refund within 30 days after receiving all packages or contact us by email at support@fancyepic.com, our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. All returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned order has been delivered, our customer service center will process the refund for you.
Pack your clothing securely and leave a note with your name, e-mail, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return so FANCYEPIC can examine the products.
FANCYEPIC would regret it if your clothing was lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you ship your returns using a trackable method. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.
Notes: We do not cover the return fee.
Shipping charges may be refunded in the following situations: wrong or damaged products.
7.What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
: Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time. Set products can only be returned as a complete set and cannot be separated.
