Pre Sale Questions
How long does it take to receive my goods?
For orders ship to the United States, it takes 7-10 business days to arrive.
For orders ship to other countries, please see our Shipping Information.
If your order contains pre-sale products, it will take 5 days to prepare the products.
How do I apply my Discount Coupon Code?
Click "check out" and enter the discount code where the arrow points, then click "apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
Is there free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89, for more information please see Shipping Information.
How can I choose the correct size?
We have a Size Chart on every product page to help you select the right size. Just click the Size Chart below the product information.
Please note that just so you know, some items might fit differently depending on the style.
If you are hesitating between two sizes, we recommend you to buy the larger size for wearing comfort.
How to return?
You can click here to request a refund within 30 days after receiving all packages or contact us by email at support@fancyepic.com, our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. All returns must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned order has been delivered, our customer service center will process the refund for you.
Pack your clothing securely and leave a note with your name, e-mail, order number, and a brief description of the reason for return so FANCYEPIC can examine the products.
FANCYEPIC would regret it if your clothing was lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you ship your returns using a trackable method. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.
Notes: We do not cover the return fee.
Shipping charges may be refunded in the following situations: wrong or damaged products.
Where is your company headquarter?
Our company headquarters is located in Hong Kong, and our production facilities are based in Guangdong, China. We take pride in ensuring every piece is crafted with care, combining thoughtful design and quality materials.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time. Set products can only be returned as a complete set and cannot be separated.
How to track my order?

How do I create my account?
To create an account on the Fancy Epic online store, click on "Create an Account" and enter your email address, which will serve as your username, along with the required information.
What are the benefits of registering with us?
By registering with us, you can easily access your order status and order history. You can also save your favorite items in “My Wishlist” and enjoy exclusive discounts, promotions, and special offers.
I forgot my password. How can I access my account?
When logging in, click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Orders
Why have I not received my goods ordered?
Generally, we take 2 to 5 working days to process an order before dispatching it. Once the items are shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times may vary depending on the country. If there is no tracking number updated or the tracking information does not update for about five days, please contact our support team at support@fancyepic.com
for assistance.
How to track my order?
All delivery tracking is available from when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Track My Order
Will the order be shipped in separate parcels?
Multiple items within the same order will be shipped in one parcel.
If the same order contains both spot and pre-sale products, they will be shipped separately and no additional courier fee will be charged.
Can I change my address?
If the order status is fulfilled. We can not change. If not. We can change it.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. or Track My Order
If you do not receive confirmation of email, please check your junk mail. You also can require us to send it again.

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, VISA, American Express, Master Card, Apply Pay and Google Pay are accepted.You will also see all payment methods available to you at checkout.
Why can't I check out?
You can try the following methods:
1. We suggest you change a device or browser and try again. Sometimes certain aspects of checkout won't display or function properly.
2. And you are suggested to try and checkout using PayPal express check out to see if that helps.

My coupon code doesn't work. What should I do?
1.Have you checked the expiration date of your coupon code?
2.Please make sure to enter your code without leaving spaces. Try clearing your browser’s cache.
3.If your code works, a confirmation message will appear stating that your coupon code has been applied successfully.
4.Please note that codes cannot be used concurrently—only one can be applied per order.
