We ship orders to all US states and territories, PO boxes. Districts including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, APO/FPO and insular areas of the United States have a fixed shipping fee of US$20. Shipping time is 15-20 business days. These districts are unavailable for free shipping on orders over US$89.

 

Customs And Import Duty

 

Cyperriver does not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, for international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

 

Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.

 

In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs. if unfortunately, your order need to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment again, please contact with us directly first.

 

Processing Time

 

Processing times vary based on the product. Quick-ship styles can be dispatched within 24 hours, but some styles may require 1-2 working days. The estimated processing duration is indicated on the product page. Upon shipment, a shipping notification will be sent to your PayPal email, including tracking information and the expected delivery date.

 

1. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

 

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully. However, before your order being shipped, we will try our best to help you to revise your shipping address. So please make sure that your shipping address is right and if you have any question, please feel free to contact with us first, we will be very glad to help you solve the matter.

 

2. How do I track my order?

 

After your order being shipped, a tracking number will appear. You can track your order on our company's website with the tracking number provided. Click here to track your order

 

Please pay attention: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 3 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please feel free to contact with us for more information.

 

3. I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

 

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you’d better return it to us in new condition within 30 days from the delivered date, or we would refuse to accept your request.
