Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email with the return shipping address. Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us.
Upon receiving the package and confirming its eligible condition at our warehouse, we will immediately process your refund.
All returns or exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition with all original tags secured and hygiene liners intact. Please be advised that the removal or damage of the non-returnable security tag will invalidate the guarantee for a return or exchange.
Kindly note that items categorized as clearance, underwear, and customized products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

We are unfortunately unable to process cancellations for orders once they have already been dispatched. If the package has been shipped, you may choose to keep the items or contact us upon receipt to begin a return. If you wish to cancel an order that is still awaiting shipment, please immediately contact our customer service team via email at support@fancyepic.com.
Generally, we will process your refund or exchange immediately once our warehouse confirms the successful receipt and inspection of the returned items. We want to assure you that the exact price paid for the product will be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that the final refund amount may reflect any applied discounts, promotions, coupon codes, or FANCYEPIC points used on the original order.
The funds will be returned to the initial method of payment utilized during checkout within 3 to 5 business days. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative cards or payment methods. Furthermore, please be aware that your financial institution or card issuer may require an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit transaction to reflect in your account.
