Return & Exchange Guidelines
1. Timeframe & Eligibility
- 30-Day Worry-Free Guarantee: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days (inclusive) of receiving your order (excluding customized items, lingerie/swimwear, and special promotion products).

Responsibility Clarification:
- Brand Responsibility: We cover round-trip shipping fees and provide free exchanges or full refunds for quality issues, incorrect items/sizes, or shipping damages.
- Customer Responsibility: For returns/exchanges due to personal preference, size selection, or address errors, customers are responsible for return shipping fees (initial free shipping orders will not deduct original delivery costs).
2. Product Condition Requirements
- New & Unused State: Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains/odors, with intact tags, accessories (belts, decorations, etc.), and original packaging.
- Required Documentation: Order number, RMA Form (provided by our customer service), original invoice (if applicable), and gifts must be returned with the main product.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
1. Reach Us
- Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name.
- If you received a defective, incorrect, or not-as-described item, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem.

2. Dedicated Customer Service Review (1-2 Business Days)
- Our customer service team will verify the product condition and responsibility.
- Approved requests will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form with shipping instructions and our return address (do not use the address on your package); unapproved requests will be contacted within 12 hours for solutions.
3. Shipping Items Back
- For all approved return requests, please send the package and provide us with the tracking number within 7 days.
- Always include a copy of the Return Authorization Form in the package and attach the shipping label prominently.
4. Professional Quality Inspection & Handling (Within 48 Hours)
- Items are inspected for eligibility within 48 hours of arrival.
- Approved: Refunds issued to your original payment method within 3 business days (3–7 days for credit cards, instant for PayPal/Alipay). Exchanges shipped within 24 hours if in stock.

5. Post-Sales Follow-Up

Other Situations
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30-day Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

Delivered Unsuccessful:
- If the package is not successfully sent due to the wrong address provided by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused. So please confirm the shipping address again after finish the bill.
- If the package is sent to the wrong address or lost by the transportation company, we can free resend the package to you or full refund you.

Package not received:
- Customs clearance: Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. Therefore, once the package is sealed, you should contact customs.
- The transportation status is stagnant for a long time: If the package status is stagnant for a long time, we suggest you contact the local post office to check it for you. At the same time, you should contact us to confirm the situation.
NOTE:
Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
