Click 'Request Return' and choose the item(s) you wish to return, or click 'Start a Return'.

Contact us to state your reason for returning the item(s) so that we can review and approve your return request.

SHIP YOUR ITEM(S)

Once your return request is approved, we will notify you via email with the return shipping address. Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us.

REFUND PROCESSING

Upon receiving the package and confirming its eligible condition at our warehouse, we will immediately process your refund.

General Return Policy
1.
All return requests must be initiated no later than 30 days after item delivery.
2.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in their original state: unused, unlaundered, undamaged, and complete with all attached original tags.
3.
Once your return is approved, kindly ensure the package is shipped within 7 calendar days. Please immediately update the tracking number in your Return Portal or notify us via email. Failure to ship and provide tracking within this timeframe will result in the closure of your return process.
4.
For confirmed returns or exchanges involving shipping damage, product defects, or incorrect items received, we will fully reimburse your return shipping costs.
5.
For returns/exchanges due to personal preference, size selection, or address errors, customers are responsible for return shipping fees (initial free shipping orders will not deduct original delivery costs).
Note:
  • We can only accept returns that have been authorized through our official return process.
  • Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

    HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

    All returns or exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition with all original tags secured and hygiene liners intact. Please be advised that the removal or damage of the non-returnable security tag will invalidate the guarantee for a return or exchange.

    Kindly note that items categorized as clearance, underwear, and customized products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.

    If your purchase was made as a guest, please use the provided "Start A Return" link to begin the return or exchange process.

    Can I cancel my order?

    We are unfortunately unable to process cancellations for orders once they have already been dispatched. If the package has been shipped, you may choose to keep the items or contact us upon receipt to begin a return. If you wish to cancel an order that is still awaiting shipment, please immediately contact our customer service team via email at support@fancyepic.com.

    When will I be refunded?

    Generally, we will process your refund or exchange immediately once our warehouse confirms the successful receipt and inspection of the returned items. We want to assure you that the exact price paid for the product will be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that the final refund amount may reflect any applied discounts, promotions, coupon codes, or FANCYEPIC points used on the original order.

    The funds will be returned to the initial method of payment utilized during checkout within 3 to 5 business days. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative cards or payment methods. Furthermore, please be aware that your financial institution or card issuer may require an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit transaction to reflect in your account.
